The reconstruction of Ukraine involves not only the physical rebuilding of structures, but also the psychological and emotional recovery of displaced individuals. This project serves as a pilot, paving the way for future reconstruction efforts by establishing a sustainable and ecological strategy. It emphasizes the use of local materials and the active involvement of communities in the process. This ecologically and socially engaged approach is essential to avoid repeating post-war reconstruction models we have seen elsewhere, particularly in France. By engaging with people who have been uprooted from their homes, we aim to foster participation and co-create a hopeful and intentional vision for future living spaces. This initiative offers support toward new perspectives, centered around a shared project where individuals can reconnect with their environment.
